Hi, I’m Seiko...

From sketching my first logo with my dad at 6 years old to graduating from my high school culinary program today, Koko Bee’s has always been my passion. Baking is how I share creativity and care

My goal is simple: to make treats that bring a smile to your face and make you feel truly seen.

As I head off to college to cheer and fund my schooling through my bakery, every order helps build my dream of running Koko Bee’s full-time after graduation!

What types of baked goods do you make?
Specializing in signature gourmet mini cakes, Koko Bee’s Bakery can make almost anything with advance notice! From custom cake designs and flavors to dessert tables and large event catering across the Kansas City metro, we bring your vision to life.
Completing our online order inquiry form is the absolute best way to get in touch. Since Seiko balances baking around high school and Club Cheer practice, submitting the form ensures all your event details, flavor preferences, and dates are captured so we can get back to you with an accurate quote.
For standard mini cake orders, we recommend inquiring 1–2 weeks in advance. For large event catering, custom designs, or peak weekend dates, 2–4 weeks notice is ideal. Because Seiko manages baking alongside school and cheer, availability is limited and fills up fast!
Depending on Seiko’s weekly school and cheer schedule, we do our best to accommodate rush orders when possible. A rush fee may apply for orders requested on short notice. Submit an order form right away to check last-minute availability!
Yes! We love catering birthdays, school functions, corporate events, and weddings throughout Kansas City, Shawnee, Independence, and surrounding areas. Mini cakes are perfect for large groups, making serving and individual portioning simple and stylish.
We offer local pickup in the Kansas City area, as well as delivery options for large catering orders and special events depending on location and schedule. Details will be finalized once your order form is reviewed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online invoice system. We also accept electronic payment options like Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App upon request. Full details and payment links are provided once your order form and quote are confirmed.
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your event date on our baking calendar after your inquiry form details and custom quote are approved.
All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid, we immediately secure your date on Seiko’s baking schedule and purchase specialized ingredients and decor for your order.
Because every batch is made fresh to order, changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your pickup/delivery date. While deposits are non-refundable, if you cancel with sufficient notice, your deposit balance may be applied as credit toward a future order at Seiko’s discretion.
